Product Descriptions
Mooresville Meat Center selects and purchases top-of-the-line beef, pork, poultry and countless other products from the premier suppliers in the industry to ensure freshness, consistency and the highest customer satisfaction. We are a true “one-stop shop,” in that we process, package and deliver all varieties of fresh and frozen cuts of meat to the public, our restaurant customers and to regional foodservice distribution partners.
Beef
 Mooresville Meat Center offers prime, choice and select steak cuts, Black Angus as well as grass-fed beef from some of the most reputable suppliers in the United States. Our famous ground beef is ground and pattied fresh every morning from our in-house trimmings and has been produced the same way for over 30 years. In fact, we supply some of the most well-known, old-fashioned hamburger restaurants in the Western North Carolina region including What-A-Burger, Hickory’s Snack Bar, and Charlotte’s Mr. K’s, 21 South Drive-In and Bar-B-Q-King.
Grass Fed Beef
 Quality grass fed beef. Mooresville Meat Center has worked hard to establish great relationships with local farmers right here in North Carolina who are raising their cattle the old-fashioned way – humanely on a stress-free pasture, grass-fed and with no growth hormones or antibiotics. By establishing a network of local farmers in the North Carolina foothills, we have complete transparency and the ability to closely monitor the handling and quality of our meat by managing the entire process, from the farm to your table.
Poultry
 Poultry is a mainstay for any meal. We offer a large assortment of fresh and frozen poultry products including whole, half, 4-piece and 8-piece cut chickens as well as chicken breasts, tenders and wings. Our inventory also includes marinated and non-marinated chicken and we would be happy to discuss and fulfill your needs.
Pork
 We carry the highest quality pork, and take pride in bringing the freshest product to your table. We carry a wide assortment of fresh pork products including whole and center cut pork loins, boneless pork loins, country ham, bacon and any other pork item you can possibly imagine. We highly encourage everyone to try our signature whole-hog breakfast sausage which we produce in-house with our secret recipe, which hasn’t been changed in over 20 years.
Seafood
 Seafood has covered plates for centuries. Mooresville Meat Center stocks seafood of all kinds of fish and seafood items including salmon, tuna, cod, catfish, tilapia, flounder, oysters, shrimp and even Alaskan crab legs. Deli Meats
 We offer a quality deli selection. We are committed to supplying our customers with the best quality deli meats available which is why we carry Kunzler brand products. No matter what you are looking for we have it, whether that be ham, bologna, salami, pepperoni, corned beef, turkey breasts, chicken breasts and many others.
Dry Goods & Ancillary Products
 Dry Goods & Ancillary Products. In addition to our world-class meat products, our unique daily delivery system, which allows our customers to order same-day delivery, has encouraged us to provide dry goods and other ancillary products that our restaurant customers frequently find themselves out of. There is no need to run to the store, just add these items to your morning order and we will have them to you by the afternoon.
