Established in 1972, Mooresville Meat Center specializes in the daily production, custom packaging and reliable distribution of only the highest quality meat products available in the marketplace.  With over 38 years of experience in the industry we have built a proven track record of providing our wholesale and retail customers with exceptional service, premium products and affordable pricing. 

Known for our signature ground beef and breakfast sausage, which we produce and deliver fresh every day, we also offer a full line of beef, poultry, pork and seafood as well as a wide array of other specialty meat products including grass-fed bison, veal and lamb to mention a few.  We are open to the public through our old-fashioned, authentic butcher shop fully equipped with glass windows allowing our customers to observe the cutting area as their orders are prepared.  Another unique service we offer is call-ahead ordering which allows you to save time by calling in your order and we will have it waiting for you to take home to the family.

On the wholesale front we currently supply over 200 well-known restaurants, hotels, churches and other civic organizations throughout Western North Carolina and we are currently expanding our footprint outside the state from Virginia to South Carolina.  Some of our oldest and most loyal customers include all of the area’s What-A-Burgers, Hickory’s Snack Bar as well as Charlotte’s Mr. K’s, John’s Country Kitchen and Landmark as well as South 21 Drive-In and Bar-B-Q-King – both of which were recently featured on Food Network’s show “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.”
